Because of the faith we have in our systems, mentorship abilities and learning culture, we invest significant time and energy into a student programme that is designed to identify ambitious individuals and mold them into the countries best pig farmers.
The N2P student programme forms an integral part in the management pipeline needed to sustain and support the growth goals of the company.
The student programme is designed to maximize exposure across all aspects of the Piggery and represents a significant investment in people, which we hope results in a long-lasting working partnership of mutual benefit and growth.
Student programmes run:

What we look for in a Student?
- Ambitious and motivated young learners
- Career, not job oriented people
- Eagerness to learn and improve
- Ability to cope in a demanding work environment where only the toughest survive!
Student Process:
- Apply through tertiary institutions
- Interviewed and selected by N2P recruiters
- 1 Year Student Programme
- Students designated farms and mentors
- Start with basics across farm
- Reviews and assessments every four months
- Move into supervisory capacity depending on ability and opportunity in latter part of year
- Potential for inter-farm transfers
- External training opportunities
- Programme completion
- All outgoing students will receive reference letters, OR
- Potential employment into the N2P Group as a Supervisor or Graduate Supervisor
